Spring Program: We are currently running 2016, 2017 and, 2018 spring teams where our players will train on both smaller training rinks, ideal for skill-specific drills and focused coaching, and a full NHL-size rink that provides the space needed for full-game simulations and advanced tactical work.

Participation in competitive tournaments is a key aspect of the Pacific Sharks experience. We are proud to have invitations to some of the top youth hockey tournaments in Canada, providing our players with the opportunity to showcase their skills on a larger stage and compete against some of the best teams in the country. These tournaments will include travel to locations such as Kelowna, Edmonton, as well as local arenas.

Our Spring Program is structured to ensure that players receive ample on-ice experience:
Spring Program Timeline: The program will run 10 weeks within the time frame of the last week of March and Mid-June.
Weekly Ice Time: Players will enjoy multiple hours of ice time per week, divided between skill development sessions, team practices, and exhibition games.
Consistent Scheduling: Our practices and games are scheduled to avoid early mornings or during work hours, allowing for a consistent weekly routine that is manageable for both players and families.
Dryland Training: In addition to on-ice sessions, our players will also participate in dryland training, which is a crucial component of their overall development. This training focuses on building strength, agility, and endurance, all of which are essential for peak performance on the ice.
